My makeup style has completely changed over the last 12 months. I used to be obsessed with covering my skin rather than correcting the imperfections that bothered me, not to mention I loved a strong contour and over drawn brows!

2019 has seen my makeup style become much more refined. A tinted moisturiser, creamy highlight and lip liner are my most coveted daily items, as I strive for that "I've just had a hydra facial and collagen injections" glow.

So, as I get the odd question on Instagram about my skin/which products give me that 'gram worthy glow - I thought I'd do a little roundup of what I wear on my face everyday.

Skin prep is SUPER important before even thinking about putting any makeup on your face. If you haven't cleansed, toned, moisturised and SPF'd, march back into your bathroom honey and take a couple of minutes to give your face a good ol' scrub.

I start by washing my face with Laniege Foaming Cleanser, tone with Tea Tree and Witch Hazel's Cleansing and Toning Lotion and moisturise with Nivea Soft Cream (my secret weapon!). Then I apply a light layer of Ultra Sun's SPF.

Bobbi Brown's Bare Glow Illuminating Moisture Balm starts us off, closely followed by Laura Mercier's Illuminating Tinted Moisturiser (I use the shade Natural Radiance). Both of these products I apply with my fingers (eek, I know, the cardinal sin, I’m sorry…) because I feel like that's what gives me the most skin like finish. Plus, I find the tinted moisturiser goes on fuller with hands rather than a brush. Apres ça, I apply Bobbi Brown's Creamy Corrector in Extra Light Bisque under my eyes, followed by Urban Decay's Naked Skin Concealer in the shade Light Warm. Then I go in with Topshop's Glow Liquid Highlighter in the shade Phoenix on the tips of my fingers and I gently pat over the high points of my cheeks and nose. I set under my eyes and around my nose with Laura Mercier's Translucent Powder, and then I set the rest of my face with Laura Mercier's Candlelight Illuminating Powder (a glow lovers DREAM!).

Define and Glow

Golden Light Bronzer from Bobbi Brown acts as a subtle contour - I also sweep it across my forehead and down the centre of my face for a more "all over, I'm a bronzed goddess" vibe. Bobbi's Pot Rouge (a cream blush with the most divine texture and to die for pigment) is also a staple in my everyday makeup bag. I'm obsessed with the shade Fresh Melon, which I dab slightly on the apples of my cheeks and back towards my hairline. Last up is the cream highlighter from the Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate Palette in the shade Scintillate (a bit boujee, I know, but only because I get it at discount!). I am LOVING cream highlighters at the moment - they make my skin look so bouncy and fresh. I pack this baby on the tops of my cheekbones, tip of my nose and the centre of my chin and forehead.

Honey, lord knows I love a strong brow! I carve out the bottom of my brows with Anastasia Beverly Hill's Dip Brow Pomade in the shade Blonde, then I fluff whatever is left on my brow brush upwards, though the hairs of my natural brows. I then scruff them up big time with Bobbi Brown's Brow Shaper in Brunette, although I'm desperate to try Glossier's Boy Brow.

Nothing fancy here. A smudge of bronzer in my crease and a lick of mascara and we out.

My lip combo changes daily as I have access to the multitude of lip colours we have on counter. My current favourite combination when I'm working is Bobbi's Pale Mauve lip liner with Hippie Shake Crushed Liquid Lip. For a stronger more "I've just had 2ml of Juvederm pumped into my lips" look, I go for Chocolate liner and Semi Naked Luxe Matte Lipstick. If I'm in the mood for a bright lip, I'll always grab Burnt Orange lip liner and Flame Luxe Lipstick.

Outside of work- I'm obsessed with Huda Beauty's Liquid Matte in Crush - I picked this bad boy up in Florida last year and I WISH I'd bought two, it's such a gorgeous nude and it lasts ALL DAY.

And there we have it kids, all the products I wear on a daily basis, plus a couple of over pouted selfies for good measure. If anyone has any questions about my daily makeup or otherwise, feel free to hit up my DM's over on Instagram.

Until next time,
